"So Much Better Than the Warrior Dash."  That's what NEndurance.com and countless other people said about 5k The Hard Way.  

This race is local and hardcore.  Runners will traverse treacherous trails that wind through canyons, creek beds, and ravines; climbing walls, balance beams, five creek crossings, a 100 foot water slide, rope climbs, and much more.  

It's definitely hardcore, but it's also a lot of fun.  If you start to fade, you can stop at the Lucky Bucket Lounge (situated about halfway through the course) and enjoy a free beverage or a shot of Jungle Juice. 

Runners and spectators will be treated to a rocking after-party with a live DJ, beer garden, food and lots of sweet giveaways. 

We are a LOCAL race.  Every time a national race comes to the area, they take money out of the state.  Not 5K The Hard Way.
